Grid in office documents can I get rid of it/how

About 2 wks ago a grid appeared in my office documents, it does not print
off. Just there and very distracting while trying to work. Went to the
help-site and it said click views and click grid but there is no grid option
in the view menu. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have Microsoft
Works Suite 2003, and have never encountered this problem or any other for
that matter with the product.

Hi Vickey,

If this is in MS Word use View=>Toolbars=>Drawing
and from the [Draw] button select the grid option
and uncheck the grid display choice.
