Grid lines not printing

I've got a weird one here--one of the people I support has
an issue where a spreadsheet they are trying to print
always prints without gridlines. THe gridlines show up in
print preview, and print fine from other machines. I
can't find anything in the Excel options menu that seems
to apply. Any ideas?
