Hi,

AFAIK the only possibility that comes near is to insert a page break. That
shows more or less like a gridline. Entering an extra task running through
the whole project and showing a thin bar seems a bit over the top.

Hi Ron,

You didn't say where you wanted the gridlines. For the Gantt Chart view, in the table on the left you could use a page break as Jan suggested. Also, you could format the font, its size or colour to make it stand out more (use Format/Text Styles... and select Summary Tasks). The Gantt Chart is more limited. I can suggest you give a different colour or pattern to summary bars similarly to the above via Bar Styles... , or you can Insert/Drawing and draw lines for each one - very laborious but possible. If that doesn't give you what you want, I doubt if a practical vba solution exists.
