Groove 2007 account on multiple computers

I have saved my account and set-up on another computer.
Problem is, when I set-up a new workspace I can't get this added to the
second computer without exporting the account and importing onto the second
computer again.

Does anyone know if there is a better way of doing this?

hi Simon,
as per my knowledge when u have same groove acount on 2 computers,it
automatically sends data to the other pc which acts like a mirror of each
other.
So if ur creating a new wokspace on any of the computer.It will
automatically download it from the workspace created.

But it isn't doing this - hence my post.

If documents are changed or added to existing workspaces then this is
working fine, but new workspaces are not added to the second PC.

Unfortunately that user guide doesn't have 255 pages.
I can see instructions for setting up a second account on page 235 - this is
what I did the first time, and everything synchronises fine EXCEPT for new
workspaces.

I will delete the second account and try again.

Sorry .. I have the PDF version of the file (270pgs) and the pages in
question are 255-256 which are marked on the pdf document itself. The
physical pages# of the PDF are 241-242.

Alternately, within the document, search for the subtitles 'Using your
account on another computer' and 'Automatically downloading a workspace onto
all computers'.

In the Workspaces tab of the Launchbar, look under "Not on this computer".
(If you don't have workspaces sorted by status, look for workspace names that
are dimmed.) If you see your workspace there, select it and click "Get
workspace."

If you do not see your workspace, then your new computer does not know
about, or cannot contact (less likely) your previous computer. Because of
this, they cannot synchronize data. See these knowledgebase articles:
