Groove 2007 Clients/Users not seeing one another

Myself and another user have been sharing a workspace for a couple of weeks
with no issues. We are still sharing the workspace but now there seems to be
a disconnect between us. We will both be in the workspace at the same time
but on my client it shows me active and him offline. He is in the same
workspace and he is showing himself active and me offline. Notices and
presense between us are not going through and either are messages.

We have a Groove Manager and a Groove Relay installed. I can see the
presense and share workspaces with other users with no issues. Just myself
and this 1 particular user are having the problem. Any idea what may be
happening here?

Ran GrooveClean.exe
The procedure is like this.
1. Exit Groove completely (rightclick the systray icon and click "Exit")
2. Make sure there are no Groove processes running (check for GROOVE.EXE
and GrooveMonitor.exe inthe processes tab of Task Manager)
3. Open a command prompt and go to C:\Program Files\MicrosoftOffice\Office12
4. type: grooveclean.exe
5. Then in the Groove Client, unverified User1 and delete him from the
Launchbar.
6. Re-add User1 as a Contact
7. Right-click the contact and choose "Resolve Name Conflict (or similar)
8. Choose the online User1 contact.
9. Verify Identity
10. Test by sending an invite to a workspace and he should be able to accept
and download the workspace.
