Groove 2007 Custom Form

I create a form in Groove 2007 and have published it. I went back in to the
form designer to re-order the field elements. I click the "Save" button,
then the "Publish Sandbox" button. However, my changes are not saved. When
I go back into the designer, my changes are not there either. What is going
on, and how can I fix this? Thanks.

Not sure why this is happening. You may want to post this in the Forms
