Bob,

Yes have successfully installed MS Office 2007 Beta 2,
Yes have successfully installed Groove 2007 Beta 2

Then removed groove 2007, using remove software tool, because it was
acting strange, thought I should re-install. Have done a search on hard
drive and manually removed all groove*.* files found. Install still fails.
Office 2007 Beta still on hard drive, working well.

Thanks for the link.. should I transfer this thread to the groove
discusison group ?

Hi Alastair,

At this point, yes you may want to also post to the Groove newsgroup to see if this is one they recognize. Some of the 'upgrade'
scenario sticking points may have cut into the present scenario as well (i.e. the Groove install may be 'confused', just a bit.
