Groove 2007 Template - Welcome Page Tool

Hi,
I am trying to add a photo or image to my Welcome Page.
I have tried to add the images to the Image tool
and then I tried
Copy
Copy as link
and then paste in the Welcome Page but neither works.

Copy just shows as a icon image
Copy as link just shows the text of the filename.

What am I doing wrong?

The document that came with the Welcome Page Tool shows a picture on the
example on page 9.

When you download and install the Welcome Page tool, there is a User Guide
installed as well. Check pages 8-9 of the User Guide to update the Welcome
page with new content (text & image).
