Groove 3.1-->2007 Migration Path?

I help manage a small company that's been (happily) using Groove 3.x Pro
since 2004. Since Groove was taken over by MS, we have received no
information about upgrading, etc. Please help me understand our choices when
someone has to replace a computer that runs Groove 3.1 or buys a 2nd computer
and wants to run on both. Also, how does Groove 2007 work with Groove 3.1?
