Groove 3.1 & 2007

I'm currently running 3.1a on my work computer sharing multiple workspaces
with my home computer. I just recently bought Office 2007 with Groove 2007.
If I upgrade my account to 2007 will I still be able to log into the 3.1a
Groove?

Hi Keith -

If you upgrade your account on one machine, Groove will force you to do it
on all of them.

If you do upgrade to 2007 and still need to be part of 3.1 workspaces, be
sure to go to Options > Preferences > Security and turn off the checkbox
"Restore or join only... etc" in Workspace Restrictions. It is set on by
default.

Thank you for the info. This seems to be true, I've loaded Groove '07 on
one of my computers and now my other computer that shared the same workspaces
keeps asking for an activiation key. I put the 3.1a activiation key and it
tells me I need to purchase one. I put in the '07 activiation key and it
doesn't know what I'm talking about. Time to resort back to 3.1a until I
upgrade all the computers to the Office 2007 environment.
