Groove 3.1 asks for "proxy password"

Out of the blue, Groove now started giving me a message "Groove needs your
network password to communicate through the proxy gateway" and also "Enter
network password for HTTP proxy". Can someone tell me why this started
happening and how to fix it? THanks.

Check your Internet Explorer Networks settings. (Tools > Options >
Connection > Networks Seetings)
You may have a proxy configured in IE.
Groove try to use it to connect.

if you are in an Enterprise setting - check with your Network admin. Proxy
servers are usually deployed in larger (enterprise) networks.
