Groove account without .grv file

Hi,

I've recently had two seperate hard drives, one on my laptop and one on my
desktop fail on me within the space of a couple of days... What a way to
start 2009..

I have a 2 month old backup of all my important docs, but I could do with
getting hold of a file that was in my groove folder.

Sadly I don't have the .grv file for the account and the two affected
computers were the only ones registered to theaccount. I was hoping there was
another way to access the account and get the files?
