Groove and Excel - File Error: Data May Have Been Lost

Using Groove 2007 and Excel 2007, I get the error: "File Error: Data May
Have Been Lost". Then when the spreadsheet opens, the formulas in one
column are changed to =NA.

I repaired the spreadsheet by adding the correct formula and it keeps
happening.

What is going on here?
