Groove contact/relationship management polling Outlook for meeting

Hi All,

My company is currently looking for an easy to use, light touch,
relationship management application (we are a proffesional services firm, so
we have a smallish number of contacts, shared acorss ~10 partners in this
case).

Groove may be a solution for that (we already use Groove for data sharing),
either something that has already been built, or getting a custom tool built
for us.

Thw question: We would need the application to examine our Outlook Calendars
to see who we have had meetings with (or are going to have meetings with) and
then store that data against that person in the application's data set.

1. Are there any Groove based tools that do this already?
2. If not, is it technically possible to do this? And if so, what degree of
programming is involved?

If anyone has any commercial solutions to this problem then I do not object
to you posting them here. (I dont know the forum's policy on such posts..)

Thanks

Tom Saffell

Maybe could you have a look to GrooveIT! for Outlook (www.grooveit.biz)
It will allow you to send from Outlook to Groove your calendar events,
contacts, tasks, RSS feeds and Emails...
A good way to archive or to share with your team all information related to
a specific client or project...
