settings\all users\application data\groove
networks\groove\permanent\groovebinaryfilestore.xss)
HRESULT: 0x80004005

Hi,

This error message is caused by the following possible reasons:

1. The Groove program is corrupt.
2. The Groove Account is corrupt.

Please perform the following steps to see whether we can resolve this issue:

Step 1: Run the GrooveIV utility
=======================
The Groove Installation Verification utility, GrooveIV, resolves many
problems that are caused by incomplete installations. You must run this
utility in a command window, as follows:

Click Start, select Run, type cmd and then click OK.
Open your Groove Bin folder. If you installed Groove in the default
location, you can do this with one of the following commands:
a. (on Windows 2000 or XP) cd \program files\groove
networks\groove\bin
b. (on earlier versions of Windows) cd progra~1\groove~1\groove\bin
Type GrooveIV -nocom -nover -noreg -regall and press Enter.
Close the Command Prompt window.

Test this issue again. Is this issue resolved? If this issue still persists,
please perform the next step:

Step 2: Over Install Groove
=======================
Please try an over install of Groove from the administrative Windows account
and then a reboot in that account. Then, log on your user account and launch
Groove to see whether this issue is resolved. Note: There is NO need to
uninstall first. Over installing will not remove any licenses nor will it
remove any account or space data.

-----If your Groove account is not managed by your company's Management
Server, please go to the following installation URL to over install it:
http://components.groove.net/Groove/DailyBuilds/latest/OCI/Setup.htm

-----If your Groove account is managed by your company's Management Server,
please contact your Groove Admin to help you reinstall Groove.

After reinstalled Groove, please test this issue again. Is this issue
resolved?

Let me know the results.
