Groove Download: File Found; waiting

MS Office Groove 2007 (4.2.0.2623) MSO (12.0.4518.1014)

All installed on both computers; created workspaces; got the files uploaded
but when I try and open a file on the other computer. I allows me to start
Download and find the file but I can't get it open.

Download: File found; waiting...

How do I get it to open? Is this normal behavior?
