How to integarte Groove 3.1 into Exchange 2003 server, so that my rest of the
user can get all the information.

That's easy, just install Groove on their desktops an invite them
to the workspace, no Exchangeserver needed :)

Well, some information can be synced with Outlook, maybe even
with public folders (don't know about that).

I'm not a big fan of syncing data across aplications, especially
if data is altered on both sides. Theres always loss of information.

It depends upon what items from the Exchanger server you are trying to access?
Contacts, Mail folders, etc...
Exchange has a variety of interfaces (SDK/API, Web Services, WebDAV, etc) so
it is technically feasible.
