Groove Exit

Whenever I exit Groove fully the program doesn't shutdown. I have to
manually enter Windows Task Manager to close down the process. Anyone else
suffering the same problem. I installed an independent version of Groove
2007 onto my already installed Office 2007 standard.

I just loaded G2007 onto 12 new laptops all running Vista Business with
Office 2007 Basic. I have had your same issue below on only 1 of the 12 and
have no idea as to why it's happening. I too have to kill the process in
Task Manager.

Hi Alan,

At what point did you apply the service pack? After the Groove installation?
As you have Office 2007 Basic installed the service pack may only be
updating those applications and not Groove which was added later.

If you check your "About Groove" box from the Launchbar Help menu, what does
it report?
If Groove has the service pack applied, it should read:

Microsoft Office Groove(r) 2007 (4.2.0.2623) SP1 MSO (12.0.6213.1000)

Nigel,

I have checked "About Groove" box from the Launchbar Help menu and it shows
Microsoft Office Groove(r) 2007 (4.2.0.2623) SP1 MSO (12.0.6213.1000) which
indicates that I do have the service pack applied to Groove.
