Groove 2007 has no means of storing data in a non-default location. You could
customize this with Groove Networks versions of Groove (3.1 and earlier), but
it was a support-intensive feature that could cause problems if people did it
incorrectly (or if a computer changed hands) and also not in line with
best-practice guidlines for Windows applications.
If you are running Vista, you can use symbolic links to move your Groove
Data folder.
If you are running XP, a freeware called Junction can "create symbolic
links" to reach the same goal.
