Groove file sharing and Outlook

Hi,

A little background: I have Groove 3.1 and Outllook 2003. I run a very
small company (3 people), my wife and I work out of our house and the other
person works out of his. We all just started using Outlook to coordinate our
schedules, etc. I've been trying to find a program that will help sync up
our Outlook pst files. I'd love to use Exchange or Sharepoint, but the
monthly cost is more than I'd like to pay considering the size of our
company, and Microsoft's programs are geared (IMHO) more towards small
companies that have 15 to 50 people. I'm still looking for something that
will work, but last night had a small brain storm...why not use Groove file
sharing to synch the outlook folders. Tried it but it won't let me share the
..pst files.

Any ideas on how to work around that and use groove for sharing the outlook
files?

There is no limitation for the PST file to be shared in FileSharing
workspaces. However, please note the workspace size should be smaller than 2
GB.

Also, only one member can edit the file in the FileSharing workspace. If you
three persons are all opening the *.pst file in Outlook and then this *.pst
file are all edited. It is not allowed.

Please share the *.pst file, and then copy the *.pst file to your own disk
(not open it directly in the workspace in Outlook 2003) and then open it in
Outlook.
