Groove File Sharing workspaces are not supported on 64 bit operating systems.

I'm using Office 2007 Ultimate and Windows Vista x64 Ultimate. I get
this error when trying to open a file sharing workspace.

This is a joke right?

It has to be a joke. Especially since Groove server only runs on x64, its
clearly the direction of the product.

Now I can't imagine a file sync is world alteringly difficult become the
platform is x64. This is very, very frustrating indeed.

You may want to check with the folks in the MS Office Groove discussion broup on this using the link below.

The Office Server products and the Office desktop app products aren't always targeted to the same platforms.
