Groove Files not Synchronizing

I have three Groove users with multiple workspaces. Two of the users cannot
synchronize files on one workspace. Everything else on those workspaces
synchronizes, and files synchronize on other shared workspaces. Has anyone
else had this problem? Does anyone know to fix it?

Did you check the communications manager.
Can you please provide me with an output of the Home relay status.
