Groove gone in to meltdown

Business Meltdown

We have 20 Groove Users. All the newer ones are on Blugro5 relay server and
are not visible to any of the others. In addition, the syncing of files is
sporadic if at all.

One account has stopped working altogether and despite trying to save the
account, delete the account, set up a new account nothing will now make
Groove work, it just goes to Not Responding as soon as it starts up.

I have tried Groove Clean and Groove Clean All. No change.

Please help!

Hi,

It really sounds like you should open a case with Microsoft Support as your
issues seem to be quite involved.
