I really hope someone can help me because I have a user who has several
workspaces and I really do not want to have to do a restore. Basically about
two weeks ago the user sent two invites to one of his workspaces. The two
users never got the invite, he started getting disk space error, and the
user’s status shows up as offline with no data coming in or going out. I
tried to run a groove clean and that does not help. PLEASE Help
..

Maybe the workspace is too big. I would backup the workspace. Create a new
workspace and copy over SOME of the data from the original workspace and send
an invitation to the newly created workspace. See if the invitee gets the
invite and can obtain the data. If so, then copy over more data from your
original workspace a bit at a time, maybe 10%-20%, and see if the other
person keeps getting the data in the new workspace. If your original
workspace is over 2GB, you can't send any invites to new people. (actually
you can send the invite, but Groove will not sync the data to them. however,
groove will sync the workspace with users who were members before the
workspace exceeded 2GB. Hope that helps.
