"Groove is unable to send mail" Message

Groove Version: 3.1a.2390

I have been receiving this message for the last 3 days.

I am trying to send out workspace invitations.
All other communications are fine.
Reinstalled Groove, ran grooveclean.exe made sure the firewall is not
blocking it.

Any help here is most appreciated
