Groove: Library not Registered Error

Although I am aware of Microsoft Article 915613, at times I get the abv
error message. Reinstalling Groove solves the problem but at times the error
keeps popping up again. Any clue of these recurrences?

Are you registering the .dll after the re-install as advised in the 915613
article?
