Groove Problems! Syncing and Presence Status not working.

V

Victor Arocha

Since Yesterday we are having problems with Groove, specifically with syncing
and presence status. We are stuck in the middle a of a project analysis... we
need Groove working.

I found a few threads regarding the subject but with no answer.

The configured relay server is grooveDNS://blugro5relay.groove.microsoft.com

Any help will be very appreciated...

Best Regards,

Victor Arocha

I am having the same problem - have seen a few other posts recently with the
same problem whree it looks like network connections are not seen although
other users in the group are online.

Has any real solution been posted?

if so can you please post a link to it - I have been unable to find any
real help except for the bit about "working off line and then reverting to
online" to restart the communications manager which does not work for me

thanks,

Serge

I've been having the same problem since yesterday. Groove really is a great
tool, but this type of problem is enough to make me stop using it.

We are having the same problem as well. Obviously this seems to be a problem
with Microsoft's servers?

Any solutions or further details on the problem would be greatly appreciated
