Groove slowing PCs down or crashing

Starting Wednesday morning, some of our users have had Groove severely slow
down their PC and/or Groove shuts down altogether. It seems to be only some
of our users. Users that do not have access to all our workspaces seem to not
have a problem. Additionally, some workspaces have been paused and I did not
do that. It seems to have done it on its own.

Do any of these symptoms seem familiar to anyone? What could be going on here?

Also, do the Groove folks monitor this forum like they did the old one?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

According to your description, it seems that there is problem with the
communication in Groove program. Please make sure that the network connection
is fine. And then run Grooveclean.exe to see if it fix the communication
issue.
----------------
1. On the File menu, click Exit Groove.
2. Wait for a while to make sure that Groove is exited completely. Double
click the file grooveclean.exe. This file is in the folder C:\program
files\groove networks\groove\bin\ by default.
3. Restart Groove to test the issue again.
