Groove Sync and Status not working

I have a few users that appear offline even though they are not. I have run
grooveclean several times to no avail. We have been having problems since
Friday.

Yes. Others in previous threads reported problems on Thursday that were
supposedly addressed. However several of our teams started seeing delays in
messaging Thursday and now we have various pairings of folks that see subsets
of others messages, and in some cases recieve messages from people that then
can't see their replies while others can...

From analyzing who is having troubles, it seems tha folks on blugro4relay
are fine amongst themselves, but having problems with folks on 3 or 5... I
need to verify that everyone has exited Groove and restarted it as suggested
elsewhere, but...

We're all fine now too, after a engineering-wide "please exit and restart
Groove" message was sent out...

As an added bonus, I'm much more knowledgeable on Groove's networking, so I
can hopefully debug these problems faster in the future...
