"Groove was unable to register server.name.com for Account John Do

I had to rebuild my relay server and now all my clients are getting this
error after starting the Groove client. IM is still working but some clients
are not working off of the most up to date workspace documents. How do I fix
this?

Hi there,

Did you remove the old Relay Server from the Management Server and add the
new one? Make sure that the new one has a different FQDN and IP address than
the old one. Also if you are using Windows Server 2008, make sure you have
opened up ports 8009 and 8010 on the Relay.
