Groove won't start up - no error message

Hi there
I want to run Groove 2007 on a standard laptop with Vista. But whenever I
start it up, Groove.exe appears as a task only for a second or so and dies
then without any notification.
I have run groove on this system before, but I had to re-format and -install
everything. Since then, no Groove.

Can anyone give me a hint what I would need to do?

Hi Manfred -

Did you try to restore your Groove data from a backup of the groove data
files? If so that won't work.

Did you re-use your account file, or is this effectively a new Groove
account on a completely clean PC?
