Groove works on LAN but not Internet

I am in the process of evaluating Groove. Thus far I have configured 3
users; two on a Lan and the third remote. The lan users can contact each
other and are sharing a custom folder. The remote user can see the lan users
but the users show as offline (when I know they are online). I have checked
and double checked the firewalls, turning them off as well, but cannot get
beyond an offline status.

lan users are xp and vista, remote is vista.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

Should Groove be installed as Admin on Vista?

Hi there,

Are there any other symptoms? Can the lan users send an instant message to
the remote user? Can they share a space and have data synchronize?

Also, for the lan users, if you go to Options > Communication Manager >
Network settings, what is the home relay?

Seems to have been the bluegro5 issue affecting these users. I have been
watching the thread above this with interest.
Thanks for the input
