group by conversation with single messages

Hi,

My emails are grouped by conversation.
Problem is, a lot of my emails are single, that is, they do not have threads
that follow them. Outlook 2003 still treats them as groups and hence a single
message takes up 2 lines in the message inbox.

Is there a way of surpressing this?
