Hi,
I'm trying to setup a department calendar, so that users can see,
schedule and join department events. I was trying to use "Public
(Folder) Calendars" but it's not exactly working as advertised. It does
not give Free/Busy information. If I create an event from Outlook as
the Public Calendar, it sends as me and not "Eng_Calendar".
I have gone into Exchange System manager and added "client
permissions" and "send on behalf of rights" to the folder for all
members of the dept.
What am I missing? or should I be doing this another way?
Env:
Client XP/Outlook 2003
Server 2003/Exchange 2003
Thanks,
Brian
