Group Drawing Objects

I am trying to make a couple of fingering charts for guitar. After I make the horizontal and vertical lines to form the strings/frets diagram, how do I group them together so I can cut and paste the drawing? I can select each H & V line by holding down the "shift" key, but I can't find a way to 'group' them so I can move the whole diagram with the drag and drop technique.

Have you tried control selection of the object then pasting?

Have you tried selecting Draw | Group on the Drawing toolbar?

Thanks, Suzanne. That's what I was looking for. I keep
forgetting that the drop-down menus are not always
complete.
