Hello:
I have 4 users that need to have a group mailbox on an exchange server.
I made one person the owner - and gave the other three editor rights as delegates.

When the users log in using their own Exchange account then select - open other users mailbox, they only see Inbox/Address book and calendar.

They need to be able to see "sent items" is that possible?
Also when a meeting request comes in an email to this group mailbox the accept or decline buttons are dimmed out. Can that be changed?

And lastly, what's the best way to do this, make another Identity or just use " open other user's mail box" ? thanks in advance.

It is my experience that it's better to just set up the shared mailbox
as a separate Exchange account in Entourage.

These are the only three items you can see as Shared in Entourage. The
only other way to give them more access is to make them delegates and
add the delegated account under Tools --> Accounts --> Exchange account
--> Delegate.

Not that I agree with this solution, but my company's policy for shared
or delegated mailboxes is to let users use an E-mail client (Outlook
and/or Entourage) for their own accounts and Outlook Web Access (OWA)
for the others.

Delegate access is probably what you want to grant if you expect these
users to send on behalf of the account.

Hope this helps!
