"Group or ungroup items"

By default, Outlook 2003 shows messages in the in-box and personal folder
grouped by date. Is there a way to change the view of all folders/subs to
"ungrouped" without having to set the view in each folder individually?
Additionally, is there a way to change this default behaviour?
