group schedule

I work with someone who has a recurring problem with Group Scheduling. After
she creates an item in her calendar, a "Group Scheduler" window pops up
automatically. Any idea why and/or how to fix this? There are no attendees
for these items. We're not sure why this is popping up.

I wonder whether you have add-in software that may be causing this?
