"Group" Task Reminders

I just discovered that a Task folder in Public Folders can't have it's tasks
assigned to others. Is there an Outlook add-in available (preferably free)
that has this feature?
What we want to do is setup an application that sends out reminder that a
task has to be done, and the recipient is required to close the task when
it's completed.

See if anything at www.slovaktech.com works for you for reminders. Nothing
native will do what you want.
