[GROUP]

at the top of my screen beside my file name is this,
[GROUP]. i don't know how it got there but now every
time i change a cell in one worksheet it changes that
cell in every worksheet. PLEASE HELP!

you have grouped some sheets. Simply click on one single tab name at
the bottom

Right click in the sheet tab and click on "Ungroup Sheets".

And this can be useful.

One way to group sheets is to click on the first worksheet tab, then ctrl-click
on subsequent tabs.

If you want all of the sheets grouped, rightclick on any sheet and choose
"select all sheets".

(nice for headers in your worksheet and nice for file|page setup stuff.)

(don't forget to ungroup, but you know this!)
