Grouping by Entreprise outline code in the Timesheet View

I created an entreprise outline code (billing code) that I want to display
and group by in the timesheet view. I am able to display the field on the
timesheet view but the grouping function is not working.
The field appears in the list of fields for the primary and secondary
grouping list, but selecting it does not cause any effect. It's as if I
select 'None'.

Can anyone provide some insight into why this is happening?

I may have had something similar. I added the outline code to the
Tasks AFTER the projects had been running for some time. I republished
all the projects but still could not get the timesheet view to filter
on the new code(Assignment Views worked fine).
Dale Howard suggested the following

Bill --
Did you add the outline code to the list of published fields in each
project
using Tools - Customize - Published Fields, and then republish the
assignments using Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments? If
you
didn't do these steps, the information will not show up in the PWA
timesheet
page. You must repeat this process for every project. Hope this
helps.

To be honest I was able to use the existing filters to get around the
problem so I did not fully try the solution (Sorry Dale if you are
reading this) the thought of going in and re-publishing all 150
projects again was too much.
