I work for a Real Estate firm and manage customer service representatives
that at times book appointments for our Agents in the field. We currently
have over 150 agents strewn about the tri state area. These agents are
assigned to specific geographis (in groups of about 6 or 7). Currently my
customer service representatives can view and affect the agents' calendar,
however they cannot intelligently group the agnets' calendars for an easy
view. It would be ideal for them to be able to select a distribution list
that pops up the 6 or 7 agents' calendars who represent that geography.
Right now the best they can do is alphabetize the list and manually select
the agents' calendars they wish to see next to one another.. Please let me
know what is possible...
