Grouping layers

I have multiple layers on a page and would like to be able to group them together to move as one. Then I would like to ungroup them. Can somebody help me on this? Thanks!

Ctrl-click each layer you want to move, then grab the
edge of any selected layer and drag.

Thanks! Now how do I "indent" layers (that are already on the page) below a "master" layer so that they are always grouped?
