Grouping Projects in the Project Center in PWA 2007

Is there any way to group projects listed in the Project Center
together. I know there is the "Group By" feature when you click on
the settings but can I customize this feature to include my own
customized field? I would like to group projects together that are
associated with one another within my organization. Let me know if
this can be done or if there is another way that I may not have
realized.
Thanks in advance!

You have to create an enterprise custom field, and then associate one of the
values in the field with the project, eg this could be programme name,
funding type, strategy etc. Then create a view that groups by the field.

Remember that the view must contain this Custom field as well. If the
view doesnt contain the field you cant use "group by" on that field.

I have created a field within the enterprise custom field but how do I
get that enterprise custom field to the project center? I can create
a view that groups by the field once I figure out how to edit the
project center to include this custom field that I created. Can you
help me get this custom field to the Project Center?
Thanks,
EC
