Hi - I'm running Outlook 2003 under Windows XP and I'm having trouble using
the "Groups" function in conjunction with Outlook Tasks. I can "group" by
Category but then when I try to "sub"-group by Company I get the following
error message:
"You cannot group items by categories and company at the same time"
I've tried this by:
a) clicking and dragging the field name (i.e. Company) into the "Group" Box,
b) selecting "Customize View" (within the Nav panel)
Either way, I'm blocked. Yet, when I group by categories and another field
(say, "Due Date"), there's no problem. Why am I prevented from Grouping in
this fashion and what can I do to correct this?
