We have a reprot that has two sub-reports on it. It's an Invoice report. The
main report has one group header. The properties are set to KeepTogether=No.
The subreports have no groups and are detail only. The problem is when the
first Detail of either sub-report is shorter than the second Detail then it
prints a mostly blank first page and starts the second Detail on the second
page, instead of starting it below the first Group Header.
