grouping

I am setting up groupings within my report...by the number of days an item
has been outstanding (ie. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

The grouping is working for some items but not others...why?

Are we supposed to be able to see your data, report design, sorting and
grouping, calculations, record source, etc?
