Hello,
I want to set a group of project managers to be able only
to read their project plans in project proffessional
(read-only).
(someone else will publish their project plans).
How should I define it?

To accomplish your purpose, you will need to do three things:

1. Create a special Group for these project managers and call the group
something like "Project Managers Read-Only".

2. Create a new Category which allows Read-Only access to projects and call
the Category something like "My Read-Only Projects.". Add your new "Project
Managers Read-Only" group in the Users and Groups with Permissions section.
You might want to use either the My Tasks or My Organization category as
your model for creating this new category. To allow read-only access,
deselect the Save Project option in the Permissions section, but make sure
that the Open Project option is set to Allow.

3. Remove the project managers from any existing groups, such as My Tasks
or My Organization.
