Grrr Where is my httpdocs folder?

I'm on XP. I'm trying to upload my web page. I opt for 'PUBLISH TO THE WEB'
then click on my FTP location, but no folders load. It's just blank and I
don't have an option of clicking on HTTPDOCS in order to publish the web page.

That's the whole point. The folders are there. I can FTP to them not using
Publisher. When I try to 'publish to the web' using Publisher it won't let
me open the main folder which lists the sub folders, including httpdocs.
It's like the fonts aren't visible?

The httpdocs folder you speak of is specific to your web host's server
configuration. It is not Publishers. I offer a publishing trouble-shooting
article at
http://www.publishermvps.com/WebDesign/Version2003/tabid/33/Default.aspx
Work thru that. But if you have host instructions that direct you to that
folder and you don't have such a folder, then just contact your host support.

Have you ever been able to publish thru Publisher?
Based on what little I know of your situation I'd suspect server permission
issues, which is listed in my trouble shooting article I directed you to.
Get your host support on the line.

Yes, I've published to two of the sites many times using Publisher. The same
thing happens with them. I can view the folders on the web, but they aren't
visible on my computer when I try to upload my page.
