guestlog problems

I recently changed hosts and domain names for my website.
In the former host the guestbook looks just fine
www.BobbyWilsonIII.com , in the new domain name www.Bobby-
Wilson.com the guestbook form is duplicated. The host
says it must be a FP problem. If that is so, why is it ok
on one and not the same. It is the same file, just
published on two different domains/hosts.

extensions:
